Our Bistro is fast earning a reputation for its quality meals. Open for Lunch & Dinner, reservations are recommended, as our chef is extremely popular with Locals & surrounding businesses.

The Chef at the Botany Bay Hotel, enjoys using his culinary skills in the kitchen and truly loves to cook modern Australian Food.  The chef also has a passion for preparing Asian dishes. Lunch: 12.00am - 3.00pm Mon - Sun.

Dinner: 5.30pm - 9.00pm Mon - Sun.
